Photographic papers are, technically speaking, developed in a similar way to film. However, for various reasons, most film developers are not suitable for developing photographic papers. But, in the interest of completeness, I would like to list two general purpose formulas that are capable of developing both films and papers!
These developers will surely appeal to those who are rather frugal and/or to those that want to keep things nice and simple in the darkroom. Hmmm, both cases pretty much describe me!
